CEPTAM-06: Announcement for Candidates

DRDO CEPTAM-06 has Announced for Candidates Evaluation of OMR sheets is in progress. It is expected that list of provisionally shortlisted candidates for Document Verification/ Interview/ Trade Test/ Skill Test will be available tentatively by the end of October 2013.Document Verification followed by Interview, Trade Test/Skill Test for the shortlisted candidates may be conducted in the month of November – December 2013.

Instructions To Download Admit Card (Hall Ticket)
All candidates for the post of STA-B (Post code 0101 to 0133) and for other post code who have applied online are required to download and print their admit card.
Admit Card (Hall Ticket) for Technician, Admin & Allied Cadre (Post Code 0201 to 0226, 0301, 0401, 0501, 0601, 0701, 0801, 0901, and 1001) have been dispatched by post. However, candidates are advised to download their admit card from our website to avoid any postal delay due to festivals.

Candidate are advised to generate Admit Card (Hall Ticket) using their Acknowledge Number or SMS Registration Number or their online Application Number along with Date of Birth from DRDO website.
If you have applied for more than one post, use Acknowledgement Number or SMS Registration Number to generate your admit card (Hall Ticket) for each post.
If you have submitted duplicate applications (online as well as offline) for the same post code, then you are advised to use your online application number and DOB combination for generating your admit card.
Candidate can also generate Admit Card (Hall Ticket) using Acknowledgement Number and Post code or by Name, DOB, and Post Code.
Candidate’s requests received between 5th Aug 2013 to 8th Aug 2013 has been accepted only for data entry error and has been corrected after verification from their application form. Request to change in application data, filled by candidate has NOT been accepted.
Where data entry error was reported by candidates for examination city has been corrected as per the application form and New Admit Cards have been dispatched by post.
Candidates having NO PHOTOGRAPH on their admit cards, or DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPH due to some technical problem are requested to bring TWO PHOTOGRAPHS at examination centre. They must affix one photograph on attendance sheet and other on their Admit Card. Get your admit card photograph verified by Invigilator/ Dy Coordinator and retain it, to produce at the time of Interview.
SMS Registration is mandatory. Candidates who have not mentioned their SMS registration number in application form will have to send the SMS Registration number with their details to CEPTAM positively. Their admission to written examination is provisional, subjected to verification of SMS Registration number.

Important Instructions To Candidated
Valid Photo Indentity Proof (in original) is mandatory with admit card for appearing in DRDO Entry Test-2013.
Possesion of electronic devices like mobile phones (even in switch off mode)/ Calculator/ Pagers etc is strictly prohibited in examination premises and it will be treated as use of unfair means.
Where data entry error was reported by candidates for examination city has been corrected as per the application form. Candidates are advised to take print out of their online admit card (with old city code) and note their NEW 14 digit REFERENCE NUMBER, SEAT NUMBER and report at the New Examination Centre.

WBPSC has announced  Time   Table   For   West  Bengal   Civil  Service  (Exe.)  Etc. Written (Main) Examination, 2013 [ From the 28th October to 19th November, 2013]
Candidates should carefully note the following instructions

1. Admission to the examination is provisional subject to verification of eligibility of the candidates in all  respects  on  the  basis  of  the  original  certificates  to  be  furnished  when  asked  for  by  the Commission.   Candidates should note that if at any stage after issue of the admit card they are found  to  be  ineligible  for  admission  to  the  examination  in  terms  of  advertisement  for  the examination, their candidature will be cancelled without further reference to them.
2.The dates of examination are subject to alteration in unavoidable circumstances.
3.Candidates should particularly note the instructions printed on the Admit Card.
4.Adoption of    any sort of unfair means during the examination including copying or allowing other(s) to copy or possessing unauthorized reading materials or communicating with one another may  lead  to  punishment  to  the  extent  of  cancellation of  candidature  and/or debarment  from applying  and  appearing  at  subsequent  examination(s)  and  selection(s)  conducted  by  the Commission.
5. While filling in the space provided on the front page of the Answer Book for Name, Roll Number, Ticket No. etc., the candidate should also put his signature in the space provided on the front page. The candidate should take care so that his signature on the front page of the Answer Book and the Signature to be given by him in the Attendance Sheet ( with   photo ) are identical.   Any correction made by him on the front page of the Answer Book should be countersigned by the Invigilator on duty failing which his/her script may be liable to rejection.
6. If Any Candidate Finds That The Examinations In More Than One Optional Subject
Offered By Him  /Her Fall On The Same Day(S), The Fact Should Be Reported To The Commission's Office At 161-A, S.P. Mukherjee Road, Kol-700 026 Forthwith And In Any Case Not Later Than The 9th October, 2013.
7. No  Electronic  Gadget  Of  Communication,  Mobile  Phone  Etc.  Shall  Be  Allowed
Inside The Examination Hall. There Shall Be No Arrangements For Safe-Keeping Of Such  Electronic  Items,  If  Brought  By  Candidates,  In  The  Venue  Of  Examination. Violation  Of  Any  Of  The  Instructions  Will  Attract  Stern  Measures  Including Cancellation Of Candidature.

General Instructions :- Before appearing for the online examination you should strictly ensure yourself that you fulfill the eligibility criteria stipulated in the advertisment in all respects.
Please note that since this is a competitive examination, you should, therefore, put in your best efforts in the examination.
 Particulars to be Noted : Please note carefully your Roll Number, Date of Exam., Time and Venue for the
examination given in the call letter. Please also note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment by any bank.
Punctuality in Attendance : You should be present at the examination hall before the time given in the call letter.Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to enter the Examination Hall.
Call letter to be Surrendered : Bring this call letter alongwith the photo identity proof in original and a
photocopy with you when you come to the venue for the examination. Write your Roll No. & Registration No. on the photocopy of photo identity proof. You will not be permitted to appear for the examination if you do not bring the call letter alongwith the photo identity proof in original and a photocopy. You will be required to put your left thumb impression and sign in the respective spaces provided on your call letter in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall. You should hand over your call letter alongwith the photocopy of the photo identity proof duly stapled together to the invigilator in the examination hall, when he collects the call letters from the candidates.
Compliance with Instructions : You should scrupulously follow the instructions given by test administrators and the invigilators at all the stages of the examination for which you have been called. If you violate the instructions you will be disqualified and may also be asked to leave the examination hall.
Use of Books, Notes and Copying or Receiving/Giving Assistance Not Allowed : No calculator, separate or
with watch, pagers, cellphones, books, slide rules, foot rules, note-books or written notes will be allowed inside the examination hall. Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified.
Do not leave your seat unless you are allowed.
Use of Stationery : You must bring a ball point pen with you.
Rough work to be done on the sheet provided : You should do all the necessary rough work on sheet provided only. After the test is over, you should hand over the sheet, given for rough work to the invigilator before leaving the room.
Travelling Allowance not admissible : No travelling allowance or other expenses in connection with the
examination will be paid.
Important Points To Remember
1. You are advised to bring with you the following things :-
(i) Call letter with your recent passport size photograph affixed thereon.
(ii) Photo identity proof such as Passport/PAN Card/ Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank passbook with
photograph/Photo Identity Proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative (on the official letter head) along with a photograph/Identity card issued by a recognised college/University/ Aadhar card with photograph/Employee ID in original as well as a photocopy.
(iii) One ball point pen.
2. When START signal for Test is given, do not waste your time in first reading all the questions as is done in the School/College/University examinations. Since these questions are of objective type, read a particular question and immediately indicate your answer. In case you find a particular question difficult, skip the question and go on to the next question. The question so skipped may be solved at the end, if time is available.

3. You are advised in your interest to apportion the time given judiciously and not to utilise too much time on a particular test(s) at the cost of some other tests.

Examination Fee (Non-Refundable) :- A  sum of Rs.  400/- for the post Jr. Executive (Finance) and a sum of Rs. ` 250/- for the post of Office Executive shall be deposited as application fees by the candidates. PH candidates applying for the post of Jr. Executive (Finance) shall pay Rs. 240/- and candidates applying for the post of Office Executive shall pay Rs.  150/-. Fee should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India through a Triplicate CHALLAN. After filling up his / her Personal bio-data, the candidate will download / print the CHALLAN from the Fee CHALLAN TAB of online Application Form and have to take a printout of the same in A4 size paper and will have to deposit it in any branch of United Bank of India along with disposition fees. Bank will charge Rs.  22/- additional as Bank’s Service Charge. No fees would be given for SC / ST / Exempted Category candidates.
After depositing fees, bank will provide Transaction ID and SOL ID which are required to be written at the proper place in the Application Form by the candidates. One copy of CHALLAN to be retained by the bank and two copies of CHALLAN to be handed over to the candidate by the bank. The candidate will retain Applicant’s Copy of CHALLAN. WBSEDCL’s copy of CHALLAN to be sent by the candidate along with hard copy of credentials and Application Form through post.

Money Order / Postal Order or any other mode of payment is not acceptable.
The CHALLAN (wherever applicable), valid E-mail ID and Mobile No are mandatory data without which online registration will not be possible at all.

How to Apply :- Interested & Eligible Candidates may Apply Online at below link. i.e. www.wbsedcl.in at Career @ WBSEDCL. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted. Online submission of the applications will be allowed on the website between 18.09.2013 to 10.10.2013.
While applying on-line, candidates should have the following particulars readily available:

Candidates must have a valid E-mail ID. The Company may send information for downloading Admit Card for Written Test / Computer Proficiency Test / Interview through the registered Mobile No/E-mail ID. Under no circumstances he / she should share / mention Application No. to / or any other person.
On being satisfied that the candidate is eligible to appear for the Written Examination they should follow the following steps enumerated below :-
Pre-Requisites for Online Registration :- The candidates are advised to use IE 7.0 (Internet Explorer Web Browser) and above, ensure that Java Script is enabled and Pop-ups are allowed in the browser on PC / Laptop / Desktop being used for Online Registration.
Steps for applying :
Step 1 : Visit website www.wbsedcl.in. Go to Career@WBSEDCL.
Step 2 : Click on “Recruitment for the Post of Jr. Executive (Finance) / Office Executive (Notification No.: MPP/2013/07)” to view the fullAdvertisement Details.
Step 3 : Read the details very carefully before applying. “Online Application” links are placed next to “Advertisement Page”.
Step 4 : Click on “Apply Online” to fill up the Application Form online.
Step 5 : The candidate would be directed to a page where he/she has to click on “Apply Online” (for first time registration or new registration) / Already registered candidate just need to “Sign In” by using their Application Number & Password sent to their Valid E-Mail ID/Mobile No. (This is required always for Logging in to their Account for Form Submission and Admit Card Download)
Step 6 : The candidate must fill up the application form as per the guidelines and informations sought. The candidate should check the same and proceed accordingly to avoid committing mistakes.
The candidate need to fill up to all required information in “ First Screen” tab and click on “SUBMIT ” to move next screen.
Next UR/OBC candidates are required to generate the Bank Challan and proceed to Bank to make the payment. SC/ST/EC candidates can proceed to fill up the next Stage of online application form.
Fill up to all required information and click on “Save & Submit” .


For UR/OBC candidates Login ID/Application No and Password shall be sent to them by E-Mail and SMS after First Screen data submission. SC/ST candidates shall receive their Application No and Password after Final Submission of the Online Form
Step 7 : For UR/OBC candidates, after the first screen data is saved successfully an automated Pre-Printed CHALLAN will be generated. It will be in Triplicate namely; Bank Branch Copy, Candidate’s Copy and WBSEDCL’s Copy. This CHALLAN will have to be printed in A4 size paper and then deposited at UBI. Please click on “Print” icon to get it downloaded under “Fee CHALLAN” tab. Please note that there will no Active Fee CHALLAN tab for SC / ST candidates.
Step 8 : Once the CHALLAN is deposited and the Bank provides the SOL ID and Transaction ID and the same needs to be filled up in the Online Application Form under “Bank CHALLAN Details” and complete your registration,only after 3 hours of downloading the Bank Challan. This will be the final completion of form fill up.
Step 9 : The candidate has to provide her / his consent for the correction of the information entered by selecting the “Declaration” text. Once the candidate checks this information and click on “Submit (Final)” the candidate gets, confirmation message mentioning the “Application Number” and Password and any other important info.
Note to the candidates: Please note that the candidate should ensure that the information provided is correct and true. For any incorrect information or misrepresentation or suppression of the material fact, the candidature may be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process and Company reserves the right to proceed against such candidate as deemed fit.
Step 10 : After final submission candidate must take the print out of Application Registration Slip, Sign on it, paste one copy of recent colour photograph, attach the WBSEDCL’s Copy of CHALLAN and attested copies of Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate (if applicable), proof for Ex-Serviceman (if applicable), age proof and Pass Certificate of Academic & Professional qualifications should be attested by Gazetted Officer and send the same by Ordinary Post / Speed Post at the address given below. Application and hard copy of other credentials through Courier will not be accepted. Only original Application Form (no photocopy) shall be accepted.
Important: A candidate who visits the website for the first time is considered as a New User. During this process he / she would be assigned his / her Application Number (User ID). When the candidate is required to re-visit the site to take the print out of the Registration Slip then he / she has to login by providing the Application No. and Password.
Note: After applying online, candidates are required to print the system generated Registration Slip with unique Application No. The original registration Slip with required WBSEDCL’s Copy of CHALLAN and all credentials should be attested by Gazetted Officer and superscripting at the top of the envelop post applied for has to be sent by post at the following address so as to reach latest by 21.10.2013

How to Apply :- Application forms are obtainable from the Issue & Receipt Section of the Assam Public Service Commission,Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 on written requisition addressed to the Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission stating clearly the name of the post and Department, upto 4.00 PM during office hours except holidays OR by downloading the same from the APSC website www.apsc.nic.in
The last date of issue of application form by the undersigned and submission of application form duly filled up to the Commission’s office is fixed on 10th October, 2013.
Applications which are signed by the candidates and accompanied by all particulars including original Treasury Challan for Rs. 5.00 (Rs. 2.50 for SC and ST) as application fee showing name of post and Department and also full Head of Account ‘NON TAX REVENUE-OTHER NON TAX REVENUE-0051- PSC, 102-STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION APPLICATION/ EXAMINATION FEE RECEIPT OF A.P.S.C.’ as called for in the application form supplied by the Commission only shall be considered and candidates fulfilling all the terms of the advertisement of the respective posts shall be called for a Screening test or Viva-voce interview where necessary as decided by the Commission.
Fee (payable through Treasury Challan only) is non-refundable and non-inter-transferable from one post to another. However, candidates who are not employed need not furnish the application fee.
All candidates whether in Govt. Service or in Govt. owned undertaking or other similar
organizations/Corporations/Boards/Bodies or in private employments may submit their application direct to the Commission subject to fulfilling the condition that the candidate should inform his/her Head of Office/Department in writing that he/she is applying for the post, and sign the Declaration printed on the application form.
Applications (including applications received through post) received after the last date fixed for receipt shall not be entertained.
How To Fill Up The Form:- Applicants must affix 1 (One) copy of recent photograph on the space provided in the  application form firmly with good quality glue/adhesive and also should enclose another copy along with the application. The photograph must be signed prominently. The Commission shall not be responsible for detachment/ loss of the photograph.
Since the practice of furnishing attested copies of certificates/mark sheets etc. by competent authority has been discontinued by the Govt., the applicant shall furnish copies of certificate/mark sheet etc. declared by himself/herself as certified to be true copy of the original along with the application.
In case of detection of any false declaration / statement made by any applicant, his/her application will be rejected and will also be penalized as per Rules/Law. Self attested photocopies of Certificate / Mark Sheet
from HSLC onwards and also Caste Certificate / Registration Certificate / Experience Certificate (where necessary) should be furnished invariably and should be tagged properly without any chance of getting lost during transit. The Commission will not be responsible for any such loss due to improper tagging.
Incomplete application in terms of the Advertisement will be summarily rejected. No documents will be entertained after the last date of submission of application.
