the post of Lower I)ivision Clerks, examination for the post of English Stenographer,
examination for the post of Process Server and examination for the post of Typist-Copyist
of this Judgeship will be held on 21.07.2013 from 12.00 Noon. Examination for the post of Group-D staff of this Judgeship will he held on 04.08.20
13 from 12.00 Noon.
The candidates who have applied for the posts
of Lower Division Clerk, English Stenographer; English Typist-Copyist and Process
Server and whose application have been found valid, if they do not get the admit card within 15.07.2013
may obtain duplicate Admit Card by producing two recent photograph and valid documents
as their identity and suitable testimonials from the office of the District Judge,
Hooghly in between 12 Noon to 4 P.M. on and from l6.07.2013 to 18.07.2013
Also the candidates who have applied for the post of Group-D staff and whose applications
have been found valid, if they do not get the admit card within 29.07.2013 may obtain
duplicate Admit Card by producing a photograph and valid c1ociments as their identity
from the
office of the District Judge, Hooghly in between 12.00 Noon to 4 P.M. on and from
30.07.2013 to 01,08.2013
