Cooperative Service Commission hereby notified for the information of all concerned that Objective Type Written Tests for four posts in different Co-operative Institutions of the State against Advt. No. 01/2013 of this Commission will be conducted at 4 Examination Centres in Kolkata on 11/08/2013 (Sunday).
II. In terms of the Advertisement No.01/2013, duly published on 11/03/2013 in the website of the Co-operation Department, Government of West Bengal (www.coopwb.org), there will be a Common Paper (Paper-I) for all the four posts, the syllabus of which had been notified by this Commission under its No. CSC/OG-4/111 dated 24/02/2012 and duly uploaded in the said website. The Examination on that Paper will be held on and from 11-00 a.m. to 1-00 p.m. on the said day. For downloading the syllabus, one has to click the last but one item, ‘Cooperative Service Commission Advertisements & Syllabus’ in the home page of the website,
III. Again, in terms of the aforesaid Advertisement, for two of the posts mentioned above, namely, Post Codes 011302 and 011304, Objective Type Written Test on an additional Special Paper (Paper-II) in General Banking Awareness will be conducted in the 2nd half of the same day (11/08/2013), i.e., on and from 2-00 p.m. to 3-00 p.m. The syllabus for the above Special Paper had been notified vide No. CSC/S-5/199 dated 30/03/2012 and duly uploaded in www.coopwb.org. For downloading the syllabus, one has to click the last but one item, ‘Cooperative Service Commission Advertisements & Syllabus’ in the home page of the website,
IV. The names and other particulars of the short-listed candidates (found prima facie eligible), for whom Admit Card-cum-Attendance Sheets (hereinafter referred to as Admit Cards) have been prepared, are uploaded in the Website, www.coopwb.org through a LINK. Each of the shortlisted candidates is advised to click the message, ‘view list & download / print admit card’, enable the proper post code and put his / her name or part thereof in the space provided, click the respective roll no. as instructed, download admit cards for themselves and get the same printed and copied. Before printing the Admit Card, the candidate must ensure that his / her address and photograph are correctly fetched in the Admit Card from his / her own Application.
AS MENTIONED IN ADVERTISEMENT NO. 01/2013 OF THIS COMMISSION, ALL CONCERNED ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE THAT THIS TIME NO ADMIT CARD IS BEING SENT BY POST / COURIER.
V. The names and other particulars of the applicants, whose candidature has been rejected, along with rejection grounds in brief, are separately placed in the Reasoned Rejection List uploaded in the Website, www.coopwb.org.
VI. If any short-listed candidate finds that there is any typographical error in the spelling of his / her name or his / her Father’s / Husband’s name, he / she may collect the Rectified Admit Card from the Commission’s office on 05/08/2013 (Monday) or on06/08/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. on furnishing the relevant Challan copy and original Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination Admit Card.
VII. Each candidate is requested to note that no Duplicate Admit Card will be issued from the office of the Commission to the short-listed candidates.
VIII. Each candidate is also requested to note that he / she will have to hand over the Admit Card (received by download) to the invigilator in the Examination Hall for retention by the authority, after having signed the same in the space at the right-hand side of the time schedule against each Paper and also at the space provided at the bottom of each Admit Card.
IX. In case any applicant (whose name etc. appear in the Reasoned Rejection List) has any objection against the ground for rejection of his Application, as it appears in the Rejection List, he / she may contact the Commission’s office on 05/08/2013 (Monday) or on 06/08/2013 (Tuesday) from 11-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. along with the relevant Challan copy and original Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination Admit Card and other relevant documents as well as an application containing his / her arguments and the remedy prayed for. The Commission reserves the right to consider and take appropriate decisions on such applications on merit.
