NOTICE REGARDING EXAM . IN DISTRICT JUDGES COURT ,WESTBENGAL.
THE PRELIMS AND MAINS EXAM. OF ALL THE DISTRICT JUDGES COURT WILL BE HELD ON 16 TH JUNE,2013 SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Murshidabad District Judge Recruitment Written Exam. Notice
The date of Written Examination etc. for Recruitment of all posts in different categories of the eligible candidates scheduled to be held on 21st July, 2013 (Sunday) stands postponed owing to unavoidable reasons.
The date of such Examination has been re-scheduled on 18th day of August, 2013 (Sunday).
Admit Cards/Call Letters to the eligible candidate concerned have already been sent. Except the date of Examination, the venue and other matters will remain same.
Eligible candidates not receiving such Admit Cards/Call Letters may meet the Office of the District Judge, Murshidabad at Berhampore 7 (seven) days before the date of such Examination.

Notification for issuance of Admit Cards and duplicate admit cards to conduct the written examination for recruitment of English Stenographer, English Typist —Copyist, [DC, and Process Server (Summon Bailiff) as per Notification No.1 dated 13.02.2013.
Duplicate Admit Cards will be issued to those eligible candidates who do not get theirrespective admit cards, issued by this Office, within 22.07.2013.
Duplicate Admit Cards be issued from the Office of the District Judge, Birbhum from 23.07.2013 to 26.07.2013 froml2.00 noon to 4.OOp.m. Candidates are directed to bring one passport size photo and photo proof documents to collect their duplicate admit cards on the schedule date and time.
Nadia District Judge Recruitment Exam. ( 21.07.2013) has been rescheduled
As per Hon'ble High Court's Employment Notification No. 5247-RG dated Calcutta,04.12.2012 the examination for recruitment of staff in different categories of Nadia Judgeship,scheduled to be held on 21.07.2013 has been rescheduled on 04.08.2013 owing to the PanchayatElection, 2013.
The time and venue of examination will remain unchanged.
Duplicate Admit card will be issued on 31.07.2013 and 01.08.2013 (from 11.00 a.m. to
3.00 p.m.) to the valid candidates who will not get the Admit card in time. Such candidates must bring their Identity proof along with passport sized photograph to receive the Duplicate Admit Card.

Hooghly District Judgeship Recruitment of different posts Part-I exam Notice
This is to notify that Part-I examination for the post of Lower I)ivision Clerks, examination for the post of English Stenographer, examination for the post of Process Server and examination for the post of Typist-Copyist of this Judgeship will be held on 21.07.2013 from 12.00 Noon. Examination for the post of Group-D staff of this Judgeship will he held on 04.08.20 13 from 12.00 Noon.
The candidates who have applied for the posts of Lower Division Clerk, English Stenographer; English Typist-Copyist and Process Server and whose application have been found valid, if they do not get the admit card within 15.07.2013 may obtain duplicate Admit Card by producing two recent photograph and valid documents as their identity and suitable testimonials from the office of the District Judge, Hooghly in between 12 Noon to 4 P.M. on and from l6.07.2013 to 18.07.2013
Also the candidates who have applied for the post of Group-D staff and whose applications have been found valid, if they do not get the admit card within 29.07.2013 may obtain duplicate Admit Card by producing a photograph and valid c1ociments as their identity from the
office of the District Judge, Hooghly in between 12.00 Noon to 4 P.M. on and from 30.07.2013 to 01,08.2013
