Malda District Agricultural Technology Management Agency are invited  applications for recruitment to the post of  Subject Matter Specialist, as per the details given below.

Consolidated of Pay :- Rs.8,500.00 / month [Rs.5,000.00 + Rs. 3,500.00 for mobility & mobile connectivity

Qualification:- Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Econornics / Marketing! Veterinaryscience/ AHD/ Fisheries/ Sericultre/ 3 years hons.  graduate  in  bio science with Botany and zoology.

Desirable qualification:- Knowledge in computer application

Place of posting:- 2 (two) in each office of the  Assistant   Director of Agriculture, HCPur- 1/ HCPur-II/ Chanchal-I/ Chanchal- 11/ Ratua-I/ Ratua-II/ Gazole/ Bamangola/ Habibpur/Old Malda/ Englishbazar/ Manikchak/ Kaliachak-I/ Kaliachak-Il & Kaliachak-ifi block, Malda
Last date  of  receipt of the complete application is 31/10/2013
Examination Fee :- There Are No Examination Fee.
How to Apply :- Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the post of Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) in prescribed application form only. Application form are to be submitted in sealed cover superscribe with "Application for the Post of Subject Matter Specialist" by SPEED POST only . The Application form send to "The Project Director & Deputy Director of Agriculture (Admin), Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Malda, Krishi Bhavan, Gour Road, PO- Makdampur, Dist-Malda, PIN Code- 732103" on or before 31/10/2013 (5 P.M).

 1. Candidates should submit applications in the format below link to this notification.

2. The application should be on good quality A4 size bond papers (80GSM) using one side only. News Paper cutting used as an application will be rejected.

3. Candidates should ensure that the application is made on a single sheet conforming to the above specification. The candidate can also download the application format from the at below link. Candidates using printed application form obtained from any other source should ensure that it conforms to the prescribed format as they may be scanned by machine.

4. Candidates should fill up the application form in her own handwriting either in Bengali or in English with blue or black ball point pen only. Smudged application may be rejected.

5. Candidates should send their applications sufficiently in advance to reach the office of the concerned Block Development Officer on or before the closing date. Sub-Divisional Level Selection Committee of ASHA workers will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery of  applications.
 On the envelop containing the application, it should be clearly written “APPLICATIO FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF ASHA WORKES, ASHA unit - ………….., ……………………. G.P., …………….…Block.”
