Purulia Distritct Project Management Unit (DPMU), Kanyashree Prakalpa, Cooch Behar are invited Applications  for recruitment from eligible candidates/ retired Govt. employees to the post of Accountant/ Accounts-cum-Data Manager/ Data Manager in D.P.M.U. Kanyashree Prakalpa on contract basis, as per the details given below.
Name of the Post : Accountant
No. of vacancy : 01 (one)
Age : Not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years as on 25/11/2013. For retired Govt. employees : As per G.O.
No. 115-F(P) dated 04/01/2012.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Commerce Graduate with Accountancy Honours.  Certificate in Computer Applications from a reputed and recognized institute and ability to work in MS-Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet, Tally and presentation packages.
Desirable : Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Job Responsibility : Overall responsibility of Accounts for District Project management Unit (DPMU)
Salary : Rs. 15,000/- per month (consolidated) 
Tenure of Service : 03 (three) years on contract

Name of the Post : Accounts-cum-Data Manager
No. of vacancy : 02 (two)
Age : Not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years as on 25/11/2013. For retired Govt. employees : As per G.O. No. 115-F(P) dated 04/01/2012.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Commerce Graduate . Certificate in Computer Applications from a reputed and recognized institute and ability to work in MS-Office.
Desirable : Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Job Responsibility : Maintenance of Accounts
Salary : Rs. 12,000/- per month (consolidated)
Tenure of Service : 03 (three) years on contract

Name of the Post : Data Manager
No. of vacancy: 23 (seventeen) [20(one) for each Block and 03(one) for each Sub-division]
Age : Not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years as on 25/11/2013. For retired Govt. employees : As per G.O. No. 115-F(P) dated 04/01/2012.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline. Certificate in Computer Applications from a reputed and recognized institute. Must have typing speed 30 wpm.
Desirable : Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Job Responsibility : Maintain data entry operation
Salary : Rs. 11,000/- per month (consolidated)
Tenure of Service : 03 (three) years on contract

Prescribed  application form available on  below link. All Applications should be first registered in prescribed format along with coloured scanned copy of the colour passport size photograph (scanned @ 100 dpi resolution) as available in below link Registrations with incomplete details & technically improper registrations would be summarily rejected.
Registration No. would be the Unique ID of the applicant. No duplicate application would be accepted. Only the first registered application would be accepted in case of duplicate applications.
The printed copy of the registered form after online entry in the district website has to be submitted along with attested copies of testimonials as in

Proof  of  residence  from  local  authorities  (Pradhan/  Councillor)/  BDO/SDO/  EPIC/ Passport.
Proof of Date of Birth – Only Secondary level Admit Card/ Certificate to be accepted
Proof  of  Educational  Qualification  –  All  documents  justifying  essential  &  desirable qualifications.
In  case  of  retired  employees  proof  of  employment,  tenure  &  experience  and superannuation from the employer. All Applications should be provided with 2 recent colour passport sized photographs (1 affixed on the application & the other stapled).
All applications should contain the attested photocopies of all testimonials to substantiate eligibility in respect of Essential Qualifications & Residence and also to establish Desirable Qualifications.
Photocopies of all Testimonials and the photographs should be attested by either a Gazetted Officer of Government of India or a Group A Officer of Government of West Bengal

All applicants whose applications are accepted would have to sit for a Written Examination as detailed in Item C. and only candidates qualifying in the written examination would be called for practical examination and/or viva voce.
List of Qualifying Candidates would also be available in the district website. Separate Admit Cards for Practical & viva voce would be available after completion of the procedure of written examination.
