Qualification for all Judgeship:- English Stenographer: Madhyamik or equivalent and 80 words per minute in English Shorthand and 30 words per minute in English typewriting from a legible manuscript for 10 minutes.
Bengali
Stenographer: Madhyamik or equivalent and 60 words per
minute in Bengali Shorthand and 20 words per minute in Bengali typewriting from
a legible manuscript for 10 minutes.
Lower Division Clerk: Madhyamik or equivalent and Certificate in
Computer operation with satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
Knowledge in type writing in English is preferable.
Typist
+ Copyist/ English Typist-Copyist: Madhyamik or equivalent and Certificate in
Computer operation with satisfactory fingering speed. Knowledge in Type writing
in English is preferable. A minimum typing speed from legible manuscript @ 30
w.p.m in English is required.
Bengali Typist-Copyist:
Madhyamik or equivalent and Certificate in Computer operation with satisfactory
fingering speed. Knowledge in Type writing in English is preferable. A minimum
typing speed from legible manuscript @ 20 w.p.m in English is required.
Process
Server (Summon Bailiff): Class VIII pass. Preference will be given to
candidates who have proficiency in computer. The applicants must have ability
to read and write Bengali the candidates should be sound health, good physique
and free from any organic defect and bodily infirmity.
Group – D posts (Peon/ Day Guard/Night Guard/ Farash/): Class VIII
pass. Preference will be given to candidates who have proficiency in computer.
Sweeper:
Ability to read and write Bengali.
Age
Limits (For All Posts):- Minimum 18yrs and not more than 40 yrs as on
01-01-2014 for all categories of posts. Relaxation of age limit for five years
in case of SC/ST and for three years for OBC candidates. The upper age limit for
Physically Challenged candidates is 45 years. Relaxation of age limit in case
of Ex-serviceman Category is as per existing Government Rules.
S.C./ S.T./ O.B .C. candidates of other State will be treated
as General Candidates.
Scale of Pay(For All Posts):- English Stenographer/ Bengali Stenographer: RS.7100—37600
plus Grade Pay: Rs.3900/-
Lower Division Clerk: Rs.5400—25200 plus Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-
Typist/ Copyist, English Typist-Copyist/ Bengali
Typist-Copyist: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-
Process Server/Summon Bailiff: Rs.5400—25200 plus Grade Pay:
Rs.2300/-
Group-D: Rs.4900—16200 plus Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-
The appointment will initially be made purely on temporary
basis but is likely to be made permanent for all categories of posts as per
rules. Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Practical test

any one of the vacant post of the Judgeship. The Application form shall be
enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of Qualification,
Technical qualification, Age proof, Caste and Etc. Two passport size recent
photograph duly signed by the candidate should be pasted in the respective
place mentioned in the Application Form and Admit Card Also one self-addressed
envelope of the size 25cm X 11cm with postal stamp of Rs. 5/- affixed thereon
should be accompanied with the application.
