West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM) a registered Society under the Panchayats and Rural Development Department, Government of West Bengal, set up for implementation of Aajeevika/ National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) & launched as Anandadhara in West Bengal, intends to recruit professional experts on contract basis, in order to develop the State Mission Management Unit (SMMU). The selected candidates may function as: District Project Manage, Block Project Manager/ Block Project Executives, as per the details given below.
Name of Post:- District Project Managers on i) Micro Finance, ii) Livelihood, iii) Skills, iv) Training and Capacity Building, v) Social Mobilisation, Institution Building and Social Development.
Qualification & Preference:- The Candidate should be a Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma holder in Rural Development/ Rural Management / Business Administration / Social Work /Agriculture or in any other allied discipline from recognised and reputed Institutions / University. He / she should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience. Preference would be given to those passed out from reputed management institute of national level and having experience of working in reputed institutions or in government programme/development programme/ NGO etc. The person should be well versed in MS office.
Salary per month:- Rs.25,000.00
Name of Post:- Block Project Manager
Eligibility - Qualification & Preference:- The candidate should be a PG degree/ Diploma or Master degree holder in management, social work, rural management, rural development, agriculture and in any allied disciplines from recognised and reputed Institutions/ University. He / she should have 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Preference would be given to those passed out from reputed management institute of national level and having experience of working with Government programme/ reputed institutions/ development project / NGOs etc.
Salary per month:- Rs. 25,000.00
Name of Post:- Block Project Executive (Admin, Establishment, Procurement and MIS)
Qualification & Preference:- The candidate should be a graduate (3 years) in any discipline with 2-3 year of relevant work experience in reputed institution/ government programme/development project/NGO. Preference would be given to local applicants
Salary per month:- Rs. 20,000.00
