Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) are
invited applications for Recruitment to the post
of Assistant in Secretariat Service and Public Service Commission
through Assistant Competitive Examination 2014, as per the details given
below.

Qualification:- Candidate should have
passed Bachelor Degree in any subject or equivalent qualification from a
recognized University.
Age Limit:- Minimum 18 years and
Maximum 35 years as on 01August2015. [Relaxation in age limit as
per rules]
Mode of Selection:- Selection will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination (30
questions from general knowledge, 30 questions from general science and
mathematics, 30 question from mental ability test, and 30 questions from basic
computer knowledge), and Main Examination (120 questions from Hindi and English
language knowledge, 120 questions from general knowledge [Main]). Only those
candidates will be allowed to appear in main examination, who have qualified in
preliminary examination.
Examination Fee (Non-Refundable):-
For All other candidates: Rs.500/
Candidates can make the payment through Bank Challan, and online
mode by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking facility.

It will be easy for candidate if
he/she can carry scanned copy of his/her recent passport photo and
signature for on-line submission. The filling of online application
contains two parts: Part I Registration I
In Part I (Registration I) - candidate
will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate will
be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any. Candidate has to
give his e-mail id and Mobile number. The application procedure will be
incomplete without Part II Registration.
Part II Registration II (Filling
of payment details & Image/Signature upload) Candidate has
to upload scanned copy of his signature and photo. (File should be in jpeg
format and size of the Photo image should not exceed 50 kb and the Signature
image should not exceed 20 kb) On successful completion of the payment process
and the photo upload process the registration process gets completed and
application form will be generated, which may be printed for record. Candidates
should keep a copy of the Application printout and Fee Receipt for their
record.
Applicants may download the admit
card from official website of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission,
once notified the same. No admit card will be send through
post. Candidates are suggested to have print out of submitted online
application, copy of bank challan, and admit card, for further references.
