NOTICE
Applications are invited from the eligible Jridian Citizens for the posts of 3(three) Computer Operator, purely on contractual basis in connection with National Highway Projects in the district
of Malda.
Selection is to be made as per consolidated pay and qualification given below:

1. Selection will be made on the basis of Computer Test & Interview (only for candidates selected through Computer Test).
2. Engagement of manpower wifi be made under project mode and on purely Contractual basis for 6(six) months provisionally
and service
wifi be automatically
stand terminated with the termination of the project.
3.
If the
work and conduct of the incumbent concerned are found unsatisfactory, the service may be terminated
before completion of the project with one month’s
notice. However, if the incumbent
wishes to resign before completion of the engagement period, one month’s prior intimation will have to be given.
4.
If any declaration made or information furnished by the incumbent proves to be false or he/she is found to have suppressed any material information, then the
incumbent ha1l be terminated
forthwith alongwith requisite legal action.
Interested Candidates
fulfilling all the eligibility criteria can apply as per the Application Format, downloaded from the official website of Malda district www.malda.gov.in or cleanly typed in plain paper and should
be addressed to the Additional District Magistrate(LA) &, Competent Authority under Nil Act, 1956,
Land Acquisition Section, Office of the District
Magistrate & Col1ector(2’ Floor), Malda(W.B.), PIN-732101 by 5.00 P.M. of the last date along with all self- attested photo-copies of the certificates in support of identity, educational qualification, age, experience etc.
1.
Applications submitted
without enclosing all
the
necessary self-attested photo-copies of the certificates in support of identity, educational qualification, age, experience etc. will be summarily rejected.
2.
Applications submitted without a proper envelope wifi be rejected. Post name must be mentioned above the envelope.
3.
Applications
must be submitted only at the Land Acquisition Section, Room No.205, 2” Floor, Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Malda excluding holidays. Applications may also be submitted by Speed Post/ Registered Post also. However, late receipt due to postal delay of delivery of tornIdmiged application
shall not be entertained. Timely receipt of application shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant

DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION IS UPTO
05:OOPM OF 20/03/2015.

No modification is allowed afler submission of the application form. If any discrepancies are found
between the information provided in the application form and information from the photocopies /original copies of the certificates/data furnished at the time of interview, his/her candidature will be rejected.
6.
One copy of colour Photo to be pasted in the application form.Signing across the pasted
photograph is mandatory.
7. List of candidates called for Computer Test and Date & time of such test will be notified on 24/03/2015 in the official website of the Malda District. The applicant
should bring all original documents of Identity, educational qualification, age, experience etc. at the time of document verification.
15. The Selection Committee has the sole right of rejecting any or all the applications.
