Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed with Certificate of PMW training.
OR
Master Degree in Social Work (MSW)/B.Sc with 3 years experience in Health Sector.
OR
Master Degree in Social Work (MSW)/B.Sc with 3 years experience in Health Sector.
Candidates should have knowledge of Computer.
Preference: Candidates who have experience in Leprosy, resident of respective blocks/Municipality will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on the date of Application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for Reserved categories) is to be paid in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour – District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Bankura.
