Judicial Department, Writers’ Buildings, Kolkata, is inviting applications for Recruitment to the posts of Non Official Marriage Officer, as per the details given below.

1. Non-Official Marriage Officer
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass or equivalent examination and must have knowledge of Computer and well conversant with the language of the area where he/she likes to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years as on 15/09/2015
The applicant must be a permanent resident of police station area of which he/she is applying and should have good moral records.
The candidates, if selected for the post, will require to arrange an office accommodation for not less than 100 sqft. carpet area within the Police Station area for which he/she is applying.
Note: The recruitment notice of the post of Non-Official Marriage Office released earlier is cancelled.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare their application form on plain A4 size paper by neatly typing as per format (See PDF file given below for application format). The duly filled application form must be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification, Caste, Age, Residential proof, Etc and any other relevant documents
Candidates should apply for any one area of his/her choice. Do not apply for more than one area. All the testimonials in support of qualification, age and etc. should be in self-attested copies.
Candidates must attach one passport size color photograph in the Application form and should encloseadditional two copies with the Application form.
Candidates must also enclose 02 (22cm x 10cm) Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form.
Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should be submitted at the Office of Dy. Magistrate and Dy. Collector in Charge of Judicial Marriage Section of the respective districts on or before 15/09/2015.
In case of Kolkata, submit the application form to the Secretary, Kolkata Municipal Corporation., on or before 15/09/2015
