West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Kolkata, West Bengal, is inviting online applications for Recruitment to the 54 posts of Nurse Mentor, as per the details given below.
Recruitment Notice No. SHFWS/2015/65, Dated 21.09.2015. The engagement will be under National Health Mission (NHM) on contractual basis for Skills Labs at Nursing Training Schools located at different of West Bengal including Health Districts.
1. Nurse Mentor: 54 Nos. (UR-26; SC-12; ST-04; OBC_A-06; PWD-02)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc Nursing.
Desirable – M.Sc in Nursing – Obstetrics & Gynaecology/ Paediatrics/ Community Health Nursing.
Desirable – M.Sc in Nursing – Obstetrics & Gynaecology/ Paediatrics/ Community Health Nursing.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of Academic Qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be then called for Skill Test and Interview.
The engagement will be under National Health Mission (NHM) on contractual basis for Skills Labs at Nursing Training Schools located at different of West Bengal including Health Districts.

One copy should be retain by the candidates for future correspondence and other copy copy enclosed with self-attested copies of testimonials (in support of qualification, age. caste, etc) & Demand Draft is to be send at the below given address by Speed Post, so as to reach on or before 05/11/2015
Candidates must write their online registration number, Name of the Post, Date of Birth, Name, Guardian’s name and Caste category at the reverse of the Demand Draft and in front of the application containing envelope.
