fixed portion of the said vacancy is reserved for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled
Tribe, Other Backward Class (Cat‐A & Cat‐B) and Person with
Disability candidates as per the Govt rule. The
reserved vacancies will be as follows:Scheduled

Uchchagram:‐10 An
applicant will be considered for the vacancies of that very Gram Panchayat
in which she resides permanently. The
above mentioned reservation of vacancies will be distributed among all
the Gram Panchayats as per rule
Qualification :‐ a) The applicant must have passed at least Madhyamik
or equivalent examination from a recognised
Board .( i.e class X passed)
b)
However a condidate with higher qualification will also be considered for the
post as mentioned
.
Residence :‐ A candidate applying for the said post must be the a resident of the
concerned gram panchayet under
the Galsi‐I ICDS Project area.The Candidate is considered for the vacancies of
the concerned Gram
Panchayat in which she resides permanently.
Age :‐ The applicant must be in the age limit of 18‐35years on the date of notification ie. 21/10/2013(Date of birth should be between 21.10.1978 and 21.10.1995)

Eligible Candidates may Apply. Prescribed application form available on below link. Candidate
must submit an attested document support of age, educational qualification,
caste, person with disability (if applicable) & permanent residential
address(original) along with the duly filled in application in the prescribed
Proforma at Galsi‐I ICDS Project Office from 21/10/2013 to 15/11/2013 between
11 am to 3pm on every working day. They must also submit two self attested
recent passport size photographs (One copy should be pasted on the application
profoma and the other copy should be stitched with the application). Admit Cards for the written test will be issued from 18/11/2013 from the office
of the Galsi‐I ICDS Project between 11am. to 3 pm. Candidate are required to
collect the same on proper receipt from. the office of the Galsi‐I ICDS
Project. From 18/11/2013 to 22/11/2013 In any case of controversy the decision of the
selection committee will be final.
Documents Submited
Residential proof:‐A candidate must submit a residential certificate, issued either by the concerned MP/Sabhadhipati/MLA/ Sabhapati‐Panchayat Samiti/Pradhan‐Gram Panchayat or the concerned District Magistrate/Addl. District Magistrate/SDO/BDO.
The applicant should also submit her EPIC with the application.
Age proof: Only
attested copy of admit card or certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent
examination. will be accepted
as age proof of the candidate. Documents/papers other than the said will not be
entertained and
the applications are liable to be cancelled.
Educational qualification: An
attested copy of marksheet or certificate must be enclosed with the application
as a proof of Examinations
passed including Madhyamik or equivalent examinations
Caste Certificate: Caste
certificate, issued only by the Sub‐Divisional Officer, will be accepted
otherwise the
candidate will be treated as a general candidate Certificate for person with Disability: Certificate,
issued only by the competent medical authority will be accepted otherwise the
candidate will be treated as a general candidate Applications in the prescribed proforma only
will be entertained .
a) Candidate for the said post will be selected
through a written examination followed by a viva‐voce.(I)
The total marks for written and viva‐voce will be 100 in the ratio of 90:10.(II)
If a candidate qualified in the written examination dose not appear in the viva‐voce
she will bedisqualified
for selection as AWH.(III)
There will be no qualifying marks in the viva‐voce test.b) Syllabus for written examination.(I)
An essay of 150 words in mother tongue (Class‐VIII standard) : 15 Marks(II)
Arithmetic (Class VIII standard) : 20 Marks(III)
Nutrition, Public Health, Status of Women : 15 Marks(IV)
English language (candidates understanding of the simple and Primary
knowledge of English language), simple translation up to
the level of class VIII / IX : 20 Marks(V)
Genaral knowledge : 20 Marks
