VIJAYA BANK Recruitment July 2014 – Various Vacancies L.D. 17(21).07.2014

Vijaya Bank are invited applications for Recruitment to the post of Peons in Uttar Pradesh State, as per the details given below.

Name of Post:- Peon  
Name of Cadre:- Sub-staff
No. of Vacancies:- 6 (UR  – 3  SC – 2  OBC – 1) 
Qualification:- Minimum : 8th Standard pass Maximum: 12th/PUC or equivalent failed.
Age Limit:- Between 18 years to 26 years as on 30.09.2013 (Relaxation = SC - 5 years; OBC- 3 years;)

Examination Fee (Non-Refundable):- For SC/ST & Physically challenged candidates: Rs.50/- towards postage only.
For others:- Rs.150/- per application (including postage  charge of Rs.50/-)      
The fees as stated above, should be sent by Demand Draft favouring “Vijaya Bank - Recruitment of  Peons – 2013-14", payable at LUCKNOW. Cash/Cheques/Money Orders/ Postal Stamps/Postal Orders, etc., will not be accepted. Candidate’s name and date of birth should be written on the reverse of the demand draft. Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fees & postage once paid, will not be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

Prescribed  application form available on  below link. Before applying to the post, the candidate should ensure that he/ she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement.  Decision of Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate.  The Bank in this behalf, shall entertain no correspondence or personal enquiries.  In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/ she has furnished incorrect/ false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/ her candidature will automatically stand cancelled.  If any of these shortcomings is/ are detected, even after appointment, his/ her services are liable to be terminated without any notice.
The candidates should submit along with the application, certified copies of documents evidencing their qualification, experience, if any, date of birth, etc.
